Returns with free shipping
Credit will be given on merchandise returned minus the cost of shipping based on our shipping chart. All returns must be received in the store within 10 days of being delivered to you. Any returns must be in the original packaging, with original tags and in new condition. All returns will be given credit as soon as they are received and checked by our Customer Service Department. We suggest insuring all returns. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Exchanges
Please email us at customercare@heydiddlediddle.com and let us know to expect your return. Also let us know exactly what you would like us to exchange your merchandise for. This will allow us to speed up the process once your merchandise is returned. If we are unable to exchange your return, we will promptly notify you and process your credit as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
